PurpleSwarm is currently under active development. Features may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable at any time.

No warranties

PurpleSwarm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PurpleSwarm and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) PurpleSwarm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Acceptable use

• Use PurpleSwarm only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• Do not use PurpleSwarm for malicious purposes.
